Today LeClaire is experiencing a rebirth in development, due to our location, excellent schools, churches, civic organizations, attractions and events. For example thousands visit our annual Tug Fest, the ultimate tug of war across the Mississippi. Also the view from the The Mississippi Valley Welcome Center overlooking the river is an unforgettable sight.
