Mission

The LeClaire Community Library's mission is "...to enhance the intellectual, social, and cultural strength of our community."

Environment

In order to provide a safe, welcoming environment for community members to enjoy the services and materials the library has to offer, the LeClaire Community Library Board has approved a number of policies for users to adhere to when using the library.
