How Do I?

Get a Library Card:  A LeClaire Community Library card is FREE!  It is available to any resident of the City of LeClaire. Your card may also be used at any RiverShare member library. You can apply for a card in person at our location or at the RiverShare Libraries listed below. When applying for a card, please bring a valid photo ID to verify your current address. If the address is not current, you must also provide proof of address, such as a letter mailed to you, a utility bill, a lease, voter registration card, etc. Children's applications must be signed by a parent or legal guardian, and be verified with parent's ID.

View My Account: To access your account online, click "My Account" on our online catalog.  Your user ID will be the fourteen-digit barcode number on the back of your card.  The default password is usually the last four digits of the phone number on your account.
