Officer Tony Themas joined the LeClaire Police Department in 2013. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with bachelor in Business Administration with a major in Computer Information Systems and minor in Business Administration. He is currently our lead investigator, evidence technician as well as a patrolman. As our investigator, he handles the department's ongoing criminal investigations.
