The City will contract out our 2023 Street Overlay Program again this year. The following asphalt streets will be overlayed (including some milling of some of the worst areas first).

4th Street (Wisconsin Street to Davenport Street)
5th Street (Wisconsin Street to Davenport Street)
2nd Street (Jones Street to Ewing Street)
4th Street (Jones Street to Reynolds Street)
2nd Street (Oak Street to Byron Street)
Byron Street (2nd Street to Cody Road)
Elm Street (2nd Street to Cody Road)
Jones Street (5th Street to 5th Street)
Holland Street (4th Street to 5th Street)
