   I would like to see a portion of the money from the speed cameras to go towards the purchase of one or two Leaf (vacuum) Collection Trucks. LeClaire is a beautiful area and providing Leaf Collection with a large vacuum truck would not only help the environment, it would help individuals who suffer from Asthma, COPD, Allergies, etc.
