How Not to Die: Popeye or Wimpy - Whole Food Plant-Based Fitness and Travel. Presented by Teri & Del Preston. The Prestons started their whole food plant-based journey in 2013 after watching the documentary Forks Over Knives and reading The China Study. Though they already led very active lives, after transitioning to a whole food plant-based lifestyle, they quickly felt improvement in all areas of their physical activity. Teri and Del travel extensively and stay fit running marathons, ultras, Ragnar relays, and cycling, including doing RAGBRAI.
